FAQ

1. Tap the blue + icon at the bottom-center of the screen.
2. Select the category most relevant to your event/activity by tapping to highlight it.
3. Tap CONTINUE to proceed to the next page.
4. You can now search for the postcode or city where your event/activity is taking place.
5. When you are in the right area, you can tap or drag the map marker to the correct location.
6. Tap continue to proceed when the map marker is in the correct location.
7. Tap the add media button to add a cover image (or multiple) for your activity/event. You may choose images from your own library or use the Unsplash plugin to search through the many copyright free images provided by their community.
8. Fill in the event/activity title and description by tapping on and filling in the text fields.
9. Tap the FROM and TO fields to pick a start and end date for your event/activity.
10. Use the two switches at the bottom of the page to preserve your privacy if preferred.
11. Finally tap the CREATE SESHH to post your sEshh out to your followers.

From The Feed Page

1. Scroll to the sEshh you would like to edit.
2. Tap the three dots on the top right of the sEshh.
3. Tap Edit sEshh to proceed to the Edit sEshh page.
4. Follow the same procedure as posting a sEshh, all fields will be pre-populated.
5. Make your changes then tap UPDATE SESHH to save the updated details.
6. If you change your mind and no longer want to make changes, keep tapping the back arrow in the top left until a pop up shows “Are you sure you want to quit?” You can the tap quit to exit without making any changes.

From The Detail Page

1. Tap the three dots on the top right of the sEshh.
2. Tap Edit sEshh to proceed to the Edit sEshh page.
3. Follow the same procedure as posting a sEshh, all fields will be pre-populated.
4. Make your changes then tap UPDATE SESHH to save the updated details.
5. If you change your mind and no longer want to make changes, keep tapping the back arrow in the top left until a pop up shows “Are you sure you want to quit?” You can then tap quit to exit without making any changes.

From The Feed Page

1. Scroll to the sEshh you would like to delete.
2. Tap the three dots on the top right of the sEshh.
3. Tap Delete sEshh to proceed to permanently remove the sEshh.
4. A pop up will show “Do you really want to delete?” Tap DELETE SESHH to permanently delete the sEshh or CANCEL to go back.

From The Detail Page

1. Tap the three dots on the top right of the sEshh.
2. Tap Delete sEshh to proceed to permanently remove the sEshh.
3. A pop up will show “Do you really want to delete?” Tap DELETE SESHH to permanently delete the sEshh or CANCEL to go back.

The Discover page is currently displaying both events pulled from the big ticket vendors (Skiddle, Ticketmaster, etc.) and personally posted sEshhs. We are working on adding a switch so you can switch between the big/pro events and sEshhs posted by users within the app. If your events are not showing on the map or in the list, check you have posted them in the correct location and that you havent set the event to private or invite-only. Finally, if your profile is set to private mode then your sEshhs will be hidden from non-followers.

1. Head to your profile page by tapping the profile icon in the bottom right of the screen.
2. Tap the three dots at the top right of the screen to open the profile menu.
3. Tap ‘Settings’ on the profile menu to open the settings page.
4. Tap the switch next to ‘Private Profile’.
5. Your profile is now private, your sEshhs and details will be hidden from any non-followers.
6. Tap the back arrow in the top left to return to the profile page.

From The Discover Page

1. Tap the Discover icon at the bottom left of the screen to open the Discover page.
2. Tap the Search icon at the top right of the screen on the Discover page to open the Search feature.
3. Tap the ‘People’ side of the switch to search for users.
4. Tap the text field at the top of the feature and enter the name of the user you are searching for.
5. Scroll down the list until you find the user you are looking for.
6. Tap the follow button to send a follow request or tap the profile image/username to open that users profile.

From The Profile Page

1. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right of the screen to open the Profile page.
2. Tap on either the FOLLOWERS or FOLLOWING counters to display the list of users.
3. Tap the text field at the top of the feature and enter the name of the user you are searching for.
4. Scroll down the list until you find the user you are looking for.
5. Tap the follow button to send a follow request or tap the profile image/username to open that users profile.

From The Detail Page

1. Navigate to your sEshh Detail page by tapping it on either the Feed or Profile page.
2. Tap the three dots at the top right corner of the screen to open the Detail menu.
3. Tap ‘Invite Friends’ on the menu to open the invite options page.
4. Choose any of the external methods to send a link to your sEshh.
5. Choose the ‘Invite sEshh Followers//Following’ to open the internal invite feature.
6. Tap the switch at the top of the page to switch between FOLLOWING and FOLLOWERS to invite.
7. If required, search the users name in the text field to find user.
8. Tap on multiple users to select them, tap again to deselect.
9. When all users have been selected, tap ‘SEND’ to send out your invites.

From The Feed Page

2. Tap the three dots at the top right corner of the sEshh post to open the post menu.

It is likely because there are no events for the date and location selected. We are working to get more sEshhs onto the app in more locations. Email admin@seshh.co.uk with your location and we’ll make it a priority to get some more sEshhs uploaded for your area.

If you pull down to refresh on the Activity page, this will clear your Activity notification counter.

From The Feed Page

1. Locate the sEshh that you would like to report on the Feed page.
2. Tap the three dots on the post to open the post menu.
3. Tap ‘Report Post’ on the menu and select the email app you wish to use to report the post.
4. In the email, provide a reason for reporting the post and leave the rest of the text/subject as is.
5. Our team will investigate the report and take the necessary action.

From The Detail Page

1. Navigate to your sEshh Detail page by tapping it on either the Feed or Profile page.
2. Tap the three dots at the top right corner of the screen to open the Detail menu.
3. Tap ‘Report sEshh’ on the menu and select the email app you wish to use to report the post.
4. In the email, provide a reason for reporting the post and leave the rest of the text/subject as is.
5. Our team will investigate the report and take the necessary action.

From The Feed Page

1. Locate a sEshh from a user that you would like to block on the Feed page.
2. Tap the three dots on the post to open the post menu.
3. Tap ‘Block User’ on the menu.
4. The user is now blocked.

From The Detail Page

1. Navigate to the users profile page that you would like to block.
2. Tap the three dots at the top right corner of the screen to open the Detail menu.
3. Tap ‘Block User’ on the menu.
4. The user is now blocked.

1. Head to you profile page by tapping the Profile icon at the bottom right of the screenn.
2. Tap the three dots at the top right of the page to open the Profile menu.
3. Tap ‘Blocked Users’ on the menu to open the list of blocked users.
4. Scroll to the user you want to unblock and tap the ‘Unblock’ button next to their name.
5. The user has now been unblocked.

1. Head to your profile page by tapping the profile icon in the bottom right of the screen.
2. Tap the three dots at the top right of the screen to open the profile menu.
3. Tap ‘Edit Profile’ on the profile menu to open the Edit Profile page.
4. You can now make any changes to your profile by tapping the ‘Change Photo/Cover Image’ buttons ot tapping on any of the fields.
5. Any fields left blank will not be shown on your profile page.
6. Tap the SAVE button at the bottom to save your changes and to return to the profile page.

1. REMEMBER – When you delete your account, it can NOT be restored.
2. Head to your profile page by tapping the profile icon in the bottom right of the screen.
3. Tap the three dots at the top right of the screen to open the profile menu.
4. Tap ‘Settings’ on the profile menu to open the Settings page.
5. You can now tap the ‘Delete Account’ button at the bottom of the settings list.
6. You can now tap either ‘CANCEL’ to go back or ‘DELETE ACCOUNT’ to confirm.
7. If ‘DELETE ACCOUNT’ was tapped, your account has now been deleted, FOREVER. Feel free to create another.

1. Tap the Discover icon at the bottom left of the screen to open the Discover page.
2. Now tap the search icon at the top right of the screen to open the Search feature.
3. Tap on the Places item within the navigation bar.
4. You can now use the search text field to enter the name of the Place you wish to find.
5. When you have found the Place you were looking for, you can tap CHECK IN next to their name to let your followers know that you are there, or you can tap on their profile image/name to open their Place profile page.

1. Follow the steps in 'How do I find a place?' to open the place profile with the issues.
2. Now tap the 'here.' text at the end of 'If you notice something missing or not quite right, let us know here.'/li>
3. Tap on the text box and enter the issues you would like to raise to the team.
4. Tap SEND to submit the details to our team.
5. Tap CANCEL to return to the place profile.
